MSI Data’s Service Pro is an on-premise management solution for field service businesses in a variety of verticals including manufacturing, construction, telecommunications, transportation and distribution. The platform enables users to manage field personnel and related tasks such as scheduling, dispatching, contracts and inventory management.

Service Pro offers features such as repair management, asset and inventory tracking capabilities and serial and lot number processing tools. Users can track asset history and monitor performance as well as monitor service contract sales and success.

A mobile app is available for iOS, Android and Windows devices. Offers integration with systems such as NetSuite, Sage 100 and Viewpoint. Implementation and training services are also available, as well as various levels of ongoing support.

This software is like have it extra 5 people in the office, it is thinking of you, I didn't recognize how many things I did wrong at our office or we were missing, this software it is thinking for you and will organize the whole office more official.

The web portal is very useful to have a quick glance at the current situation.

Likes Least

I was disappointed when we transferred from the initial Sales Rep to the Project Manager. The Project Manager did not seem familiar with the product.

Recommendations

Obviously, you should consider your entire workflow from initial call to service completion. When I evaluated software to meet this need, ServicePro was the only solution that covered each requirement.
