"The search feature offers many different searchable categories, allowing me to quickly find the customer or account I'm looking for."

"I really like to be able to track services performed in the past and provide information to customers."

"Our company uses a current accounting software for multiple companies and it seems the only option for us would be to use QuickBooks which is not feasible, so we are left with using what we can from ServiceCore. "

"Recently, my team experienced an issue with the software that caused a short-term fix resulting in an average extra billable hr, per technician and support team member a day."

"I also wish that you could change / delete customers that were assigned to a site when added. If the wrong customer is chosen, you have to go in and delete all attached rentals/ jobs and then the site."
