Awesome company, awesome people

Overall, this is an awesome solution for franchising. I love the people and the innovations.

PROS

I love this platform! They constantly are innovating and coming out with new features that make life better. I love how they are constantly doing integrations that make doing business with other companies and franchisors more seamless.

CONS

There is a lot to learn! Sometimes it can feel overwhelming but the support they offer is second to none.

Has helped our teams succeed.

SM has been a great partner for our organization. Not only does the software have a wide variety of features which is highly configurable, their staff is extremely responsive when questions come up.

PROS

As a franchisor, visibility and consistency are key to helping us and our franchisees scale their business.

CONS

Any aspects of the software that I don't like are open to discussion with the support team.

Look elsewhere

Our franchisor uses this software and it is a terrible experience. The UI of the software and mobile app is outdated, old and clunky. The billing/proposal section offer very limited options in terms of formatting and outputs a very dated looking quote with options that are not intuitive. Avoid, look elsewhere, especially given the cost.

PROS

There isn't much I enjoy as a end user. I do think it makes scheduling and routing better for the call center but this isn't an exclusive feature to serviceminder.

CONS

Outdated clunky UI, limited functionality with quotes, bundled quote layout not intuitive. Updated quotes dont always update on customer end unless they refresh their browser due to the way the present.
