ServSuite by Service Pro is an all-in-one business software solution for pest control and lawn care companies. It features standard field service software capabilities, including scheduling, invoicing and billing, dispatching, contact management, GPS tracking and inventory management capabilities. ServSuite also offers many additional add-on modules.

This solution features mobile applications for service businesses. Through these applications, users can adjust and synchronize technician schedules, schedule new services and appointments and send en route emails to their next customer or job. Other mobile capabilities include viewing past service and previous estimates, managing customer account information and even taking payment for services rendered.

ServSuite also offers a marketing program that enables users to compile specific customer lists of clients within a desired criteria. Service businesses can then set up campaign emails and call or email these customers. ServSuite saves the campaigns, allowing users to see which campaigns were most effective.

Service Pro has been around for over 20 years, providing business software to small business field service companies. Their software is Web-based and is priced per user per month with multiple tiers depending on user needs. Mobile apps support Apple iOS and Google Android devices.

I have used this in the past for pest control and currently use it for termite work, as my Termite baiting system vendor requires it. Not really too impressed. It is very deep, however not intuitive and not modern looking

I feel as though ServSuite thought "dang, we need to get on this web-based bandwagon" and threw together a system before really testing it for functionality. I mean, why have a report titled "Mailing Labels" that when it prints, has a header that prevents the actual labels from printing correctly?

There are bits here and there that make zero sense (searching for a service address is infinitely more difficult than it should be), and some of the functions are so difficult to perform, we don't even use them. Even with the support team's assistance, we still had issues entering a payment plan and the end result was so confusing, it would have been easier to keep track of the plan on a piece of notebook paper.

We are a small company and don't need all of the features that the program offers. It would be ideal if we could set our own required parameters when entering information, and not what ServSuite thinks is important.

The customer service response time.

Missing basic reports, difficulty viewing important information, difficulty entering items that should be straightforward, difficulty searching for service sites.

Actually listen to our feedback and act instead of feigning interest in our concerns.

I have been a ServSuite customer since 2007. I used to write my own programs until support staff came up with this great software. There is so much packed into a simple to use interface that I could not possibly have done myself, even if I did have the time. This software has the best scheduler of any software program out there today and just does too much to list. Has been an instrumental asset in my business building process.

Would love to move balances and history to other accounts when transferring. Reports should be easier to find. Support desk should be more knowledgeable. Sometimes I feel like I know more than they do. Emailing statements with logo should not interfere with printing statements without a logo.

One of my favorite aspects of ServSuite, is the ample amount of of reports they offer. If you can't find one you need (which I doubt) you can create your own custom report. All of their reports can be exported to Word or Excel. I love it!

When features go wrong, that actually interfere in my companies ability to function its a huge problem because, it takes too long for the people answering to send it to the programmer. They can usually NEVER fix the issue. Make you go through a series of wasted procedures that we have already tried before we call. (which is the last thing we want to do)Team changes are constant, I have a list of 20 people in 4 years that have been my contact person, with 20 telephone numbers. I still don't know what team I belong too.

My company has been involved with ServSuite for over five years now, and they are continually improving their service. After introducing one new feature after another, they continue to add useful function and value for the amount you invest in participating with their program. Customer support is always quick and responsive, offering fast follow-up if an immediate answer to a need is not possible. Allowing users to make suggestions for additional features or changes in the way the system operates is a huge plus for my company. It leaves the impression that they truly are customizable to how each individual company uses their features. We wouldn't be able to be as efficient as we are without ServSuite! I am looking forward to my first ServSuite University coming up in February 2017.

Program slows down every day doesn't seem to be going away. Asked for an enhancement 6 months ago waiting acknowledged. Just so so feelings on this product this far.

Our experience with ServSuite has been overall positive. Our biggest complaint is that we access the program through the internet and find that it can take excessive times to load certain things within the program. The system often seems bogged down and slow loading, especially so within the scheduler. Appointments are easily accidentally grabbed and moved to a different time/date. Typing notes within the scheduler can at times be very delayed. I only find these things to be an issue within the ServSuite program and not any other internet use.

This program has been wonderful for our business. It is easy to follow, gives us all the information we need in any report format you could want and keeps us update to date on all our accounts. The customer service folks are wonderful. They have great daily training classes that take you step by step on how to use the program.
