ServSuite by Service Pro is a cloud-based business management solution for pest control and lawn care companies. It features standard field service software capabilities, which includes contact management, GPS tracking and inventory management capabilities. ServSuite also offers additional add-on modules.

This solution features mobile applications for service businesses. Through these applications, users can adjust and synchronize technician schedules, manage new services and appointments and send emails to their customers. Other mobile capabilities include viewing service and estimates data history and managing customer account information.

ServSuite also offers a marketing program that enables users to compile specific customer lists of clients within the desired criteria. Service businesses can then set up campaign emails and call or email these customers.

The solution caters to small business field service companies. It is priced per user per month. Mobile apps support Apple iOS and Google Android devices.

    I just want to thank all the people that have worked with me during the transition. The attentiveness to your needs and willingness to help in such a caring way is very refreshing and appreciated. The program is Simply Amazing I cannot wait to you lies every single function. It's simply just Springs you to a pleat different level of operation with your business and removes so much wasted time and stress it is just simply amazing great job thank you to everyone. I strongly recommend this program to anyone in this industry if you do not have this program you're missing out and losing money.

    Pros

    This program does everything in a simply amazing in an absolute necessity for profit and loss scheduling and unlimited amount of data and detailed information that most business owners don't even think about. I was using another program the biggest positive is the customer service and support team are all top notch and always ready to go.

    Cons

    There I really no negative features when comparing to other programs if you want to run your company right this is the program.

    The best is the functionality and the support team, the training is not enough to work with the software, but having them close is very helpful.

    Cons

    On the other hand, this great functionality makes a very difficult program to master, and while working, a lot of doubts appear.

    It creates invoices, takes signatures, and shows products used.

    Pros

    IT team is easy to reach and can usually talk with the same couple of people within a team. Software does what we need and keeps compliance.

    Cons

    We need help utilizing the software. Scheduling, invoicing, seasonal reminders, etc. We are using this as a very basic means and it appears there are more functions that we are just not aware of how to use. Training online is a drawn out and is a quiz template which takes forever to pinpoint what you are wanting to learn.

    It's made my stress level go down quite a bit. It allowed us to go paperless and not have to enter all of those invoices by hand.

    Cons

    So many updates with so much to learn. It can be overwhelming. I don't know how to use many of the features.

    Loved it overall, it's intense to set up and intense to maintain but gives so much valuable data for maintaining your business and running efficient routes

    Excellent extended reporting, program building ability, payment plans, auto processing, emails and notifications

    lacks some scheduling functions like customer confirmations, geographical scheduling for customers etc

    Familiar with it, adding clients is simple, like the new feature of being able to add photos and documents to the server, but it needs to be expanded so that photo files are not restricted.

    Cons

    Setting up forms, adding inventory, trying to find various places within the system to add notes for statements, additional cost to have a payment portal.

    At the time of purchase we were not using an online software.

    Pros

    Has many options to choose from. Wide variety of reports. Easy to understand and easy to show new employee how to use. I really like the videos showing how to use the different aspects of the software.

    Cons

    At one time the calculations were off because the software rounded everything up when taxed now there is extra pennies due that are unable to be paid or credited. Have brought this to their attention still not fixed.

    The different kind of reports. Differente ways to search for customers. Easy to learn and can be use outside work place.

    Having a an issue does not get resolved fast. A ticket is created and days or weeks may pass and it has not been resolved.

    I like the reporting capabilities. It gives me the ability to see where I can make changes to benefit my profits. Even better, the team is always ready to help assist when we need a customized report.

    Cons

    It has everything. With that, it takes me longer to navigate through some things but I think that's my issue :)

    Vast capabilities and generally ease of use. We have a great tech team referred to as, Team5. We are assigned Team5 and work with them whenever we have issues with the software, technical info needed or general questions where to find a report, etc. Team5 have excellent follow through and communication with us. Sometimes issues have to sent to programming and they are vigilant to get back with us along the way till resolution. They are friendly and helpful.

    Cons

    Since the software has a vast ability, we aren't always up to speed on what would help us the most. I just came across an issue and part of the correction was to run a report monthly. We could have saved quite a bit of money if we would have been aware to process this report monthly for a few years now. I am disappointed that we thought the one step we were processing was all we needed to do, but that was not the case. That step does not communicate the final result and a report still needs to be done to handle the final communication piece. Again, that final step caused us to be over charged for a few years. They are working on a solution so when that one step is processed it is final, but not there yet and that does not help the past overcharges to us. We have been with ServSuite for over 13 years.

    It assists in my daily scheduling, payments, and collections for each client.

    Pros

    The customer service aspect from the representatives is PHENOMENAL!!! Never have I contacted the customer service number and was unable to get my issue resolved within that same phone call.

    Cons

    The updates interfere with what already exists most of the time, which then interferes with accounts. Some of the bugs that instantly appear cannot always be fixed within a matter of minutes to hours so it can lead to frustration and low performance on the office's end.

    Flexibility. We can make it do anything we need it to do. Reporting module is easy to use and very customizable.

    Complicated set up. I would recommend a set up team to walk new clients through the set up process.

    The fact that almost every week at least 3 things don't work that used to. Time spent on fixing.

    It is not user friendly and the updates are extremely annoying bc when you finally get used to something, you guys change it again. I can't wait to bail on this product!!

    Pros

    That I can kinda fix stuff myself because if I were to wait for you guys to, I would never get anything done.

    Cons

    That you guys insist on doing updates that destroy the current program and cause all sorts of issues that no one seems to know how to fix. I can call and you will open a ticket but no one seems to fix it generally. I normally end up having to fix the issue myself.

    The software has a lot of potential and has a lot of features, but unfortunately all of the features do not always work as intended.

    Cons

    Let's face facts, it's a glorified database. But what good is a database if data disappears or you can't get out what you're putting into it. Big vision but lack of follow through and support. Severely disappointed in this software package.

    They seem to change things pretty often. Seems like once you get use to it, it changes. Usually for the better though.

    The tracking and the intagration with other companies like DOW and A.R.M.
    The fact that they have a mobile app is also nice.

    I have used this in the past for pest control and currently use it for termite work, as my Termite baiting system vendor requires it. Not really too impressed. It is very deep, however not intuitive and not modern looking
