SimPRO Enterprise is a cloud-based project management solution suitable for trade contractors and associated businesses of all sizes. It offers tools to handle project estimating, invoicing, asset maintenance and more.
SimPRO Enterprise allows users to track project costs as work progresses and compare actual, estimate and projected costs. Progress and retention billing, deposits and invoices can be generated using collected data, and invoices can be emailed to clients.
Users can schedule, dispatch and monitor workers, who can then update project details throughout the day. Using the SimPRO Connect mobile application, technicians can create purchase orders remotely, update times, materials, job details and photos.
Mobile apps for iOS and Android are available for purchase, and SimPRO also integrates with QuickBooks and Xero. On-site training and additional online training resources are also offered. Users can access support via chat, support tickets and online help guides.

Being able to record, trace and update all invoices, stock movements and payments etc
Every thing is traceable, if you make a mistake you can easily fix it, being able to import and export information via csv files is time saving, it is a great compliment to Xero software
I would like to be able to go back a screen by pressing the back arrow. It would be good to be able to copy & paste jobs and cost centres when scheduling staff timesheets

I get to travel the world without worry about how my company is getting along back in Australia. It's streamlined my entire business, where-as before I felt glued to my office desk, now I have the freedom and still am able to manage my company back home.
I'm a big fan of simPRO. Its flexibility allows me to complete quotes, invoices while I'm out of the office (which is often these days). It streamlined our operations, which reduced the need for additional office staff and ensures my technicians stay out on the road.
I heard they haven't brought simTRAC to the US yet but hopefully it'll happen soon enough. But I guess you can still track them when they get on-site etc so at least that's helpful.

Easy to use, Able to update time sheets and look for jobs, I think that many companies will benefit from Simpro.
When it freezes up or doesn't load at all, its frustrating because i have to start all over again, simpro is overall a good website to use

Easy to schedule my Service jobs and recurring jobs. Invoicing takes no time at all. Quotes are easy.
Inventory management is difficult in my business. Also forgot to hit save a few times and lost my quote. Learnt that lesson!
