Processos simples, muito didáticos e objetivos, como cadastro de patrimônios e árvore de patrimônios, gestor de documentos com e sem vencimento, biblioteca, entre outros. Uma vasta gama de relatórios muito bem estruturados e apresentáveis.

Cons:

Faltam alguns recursos avançados que facilitariam ainda mais o processo de gerenciamento das rotinas do setor de manutenção, como previsão de manutenções por contador baseadas no regime médio de trabalho dos equipamentos.

Trabalho com o Sismetro há 4 anos, hoje em nossa manutenção temos 900 usuários ativos e um enorme numero de planos, patrimônios, personalizações e documentos cadastrados, o software sempre nos atendeu muito bem, conseguimos centralizar todos os nossos contratos de manutenção (preventivas, preditivas) dentro do Sismetro, além, das interfaces para geração de BI que facilitam a gestão do mesmo.O Software é completo e quando comparado aos concorrentes sai na frente pelo baixíssimo valor e grande qualidade do produto oferecido.

O software é completo e bastante modular, é possível centralizar toda a manutenção nele devido a fácil interface de integração com qualquer sistema.O Custo por usuário é baixíssimo por tudo que o software entrega;O Software conta com uma grande gama de recursos extras para controle total de qualquer tipo de manutenção.Fácil implantação, sem necessidade de contratação de consultorias, tendo custo inicial zero caso existam pessoas capacitadas dentro na manutenção;Suporte rápido e bem próximo ao cliente.

Cons:

Nenhum ponto que desabone, em minha experiencia cotei softwares com os mesmos recursos que custavam cerca de 10 x mais por usuário além do grande custo de implantação.

Os recursos mais impactantes é a facilidade de utilizar o sistema, a gestão de manutenção e a análise de dados disponíveis (MTBF, MTTR, etc...). O software é ótima para distribuição automática das atividades diárias, controlando as manutenções diárias.

Um recurso interessante, seria uma notificação em pop-up no aparelhos móveis no momento que são abertas manutenções corretivas, para melhor acesso.

O que mais gosto e utilizo hoje foi a implementação do sistema de abastecimentos e tanques estocadores, hoje uma das ferramentas implantadas e que vem surpreendendo, durante o processo tivemos altos e baixos assim como tudo que é novo até encaixar o processo, mas hoje posso dizer que é a ferramenta que praticamente faz a gestão de média, consumo e custos dos combustíveis e óleos da empresa.

Cons:

No meu ponto de vista o que pode ser melhor é o retorno em cima de erros apresentados, por mais que nossa empresa seja algo diferente que o SISMETRO vem procurando se encaixar nas demandas solicitadas, o suporte poderia ser "Exclusivo" para uma empresa grande com nós somos, para alinhar o mais rápido possível e um breve retorno a respeito.
