StreetSmart Advantage is a cloud-based administrative management solution for large and midsize field service companies. StreetSmart Advantage enables users to manage jobs, forms, timesheets, mileage and routes. The system can be accessed via the StreetSmart iOS and Android mobile apps or on a desktop computer.

Users can track mobile-worker locations, job activities and shift information. Dispatchers can manage jobs dispatch with either the StreetSmart Advantage software or through an integration with Microsoft Outlook. The StreetSmart mobile app allows field-service technicians and managers to collect data and submit reports from the field.

StreetSmart Advantage offers modules for functionalities such as mileage tracking, time sheet management, jobs, forms and more. Users can purchase the StreetSmart Advantage bundle of integrated modules or select the functionalities that suit their business needs.

Annual and monthly subscriptions are available.

Pros

Ease of use. Mostly used in our organization to track drivers. Very easy for a non-tech oriented person to operate on a tablet.

The Best I've used

StreetSmart is truly the best App and value for money I have used for Logistics.

Pros

So many more features available compared to other Apps and so many of those features you can customise yourself eliminating excessive overhead costs that other developers will charge. Mobile workers find it simple to use.

Cons

You can't use Bar Code reader in the Job search function.

Time tracking and time-stamping by location is key.

Pros

Easily allows for reporting and creation of custom forms for tracking a variety of jobs.

Cons

The streetsmart software is at times clunky and the jobs/tasks hierarchy is a little tough to follow through.

Great Customer Service

Able to track drivers but lately losing GPS connection. Trying to determine if it's with the latest iOS app.

Pros

Easy to use, customer support is excellent.

Cons

Looses GPS connection when indoors but have to hit the Refresh button to pick up connection again.

Ally People Solutions use of StreetSmart

The people who handle our billings for rides have saved time in having it saved in the StreetSmart system. I would not be able to find it but they have the ability and knowledge to do so.

Pros

I like being able to see where our drivers are and the timing of routes between stops in real time. If their is a problem as to timing from a consumer I have something to look at to see if the stop actually occurred within our time window and that we waited our time window before leaving.

Cons

I am not a tech person and am still unable to get some info that I look for. I find that some updates have rearranged things and I need to call to be able to locate some things.

Seems the support is from off shore. They do not understand us and we dont understand the.

StreetSmart Review

StreetSmart is used to collect field data from our fiber optic installers. While it's customizability is very useful and the default options handle most of our needs, the software is still fairly poor quality and is a pain point for our installers. The customer service is very good, and our representative is always available for questions and assistance inside the app.

Pros

It's customizability is useful and the reporting tools help my company keep track of a lot of different metrics.

Cons

The software is clunky and the reports are poorly designed.

Filling out the forms are a pain point for our users.

Salesman uses bait and switch over the phone. If you get CSR as your salesman, ask for another salesman and make sure to have everything in writing.

Pros

The availability to have records of all visit & areas. The map is great and the animation is, also very nice.

Cons

The location software is not working properly. Even when we know location is on is says in the report is says location off.
The reports sometimes are not accessible.
