This software is outdated and in desperate need of a total overhaul.

This tool is very easy to use and manage your reports through features provided by the software.

One entry point for client data that is shared across entire company from client inbound calls, invoicing and marketing. Plus, inventory, dispatch and CSR use, it's super proficient and easy to use.

I like how things are color coded. It is very easy to come up with reports needed for accounting issues and seeing profit etc.

I like the program but there is so many easy things they could change to make it more user friendly.

This program is easy to use and has a great way to keep track of our technicians daily schedule.

SW21 is a true accounting system, nothing like some competitors that allow modifications to $ after the fact. Extremely pleased with our decision from 2000, yes we have been with SW21 for 19 years.

No Job Costing and the overall accounting is terrible.

I am a CPA working for a Plumbing/Heating company and like that the accounting package is very robust and secure. Having come from a QuickBooks environment this is far more advanced and professional.

Love the ability for the employees in the field and in the office to share and enter data.

And the guilt I feel about not using everything it has to offer.

Inventory management was the best thing about this.

Every single visit is logged in their account and we know exactly what we did there and when we did it. Customer service is by far the best ever.

The combination of the styling and the specific business solution it provides would be what I like most about the software.

The Software is well-designed and visually fantastic which making it easy to find and access all the features and functionality we need to use.

We also pay Citrix and Successware to use the product. This system is terrible.

There is nothing that is good about this software. We work around and make it work best we can.

It took me several months to learn and get caught up entering everything. I am still correcting all the errors of entering information incorrectly.

I feel the program has a lot of buttons you need to press just to complete a task which make things very frustrating.

I like that we can handle so many parts of our business with this software, from invoicing to our customer database; a wide range of reports from equipment installed to job costing.

No titles to exported reports. I have asked for this for 4 years.

Since our parent company changed, Successware has been upgrading their software and making it more up-to-date. It is now user friendly, more efficient, upgrades are happening all the time.

But still get frustrated when I have to change something.

Just about everything, but I know it's what I need to properly manage my company. This is literally one of the worst designed and most complex softwares I have ever used.

Not sure what the problem is. I am hardwired into the computer.

The best part about SW21, is unlike most other CRMs on the market, the accounting does not have to be exported into quickbooks.

I like the integration with SW Remote and the ability of my field employees to have access to customer history.

The only negative that I have is that there is not drill down/clickthrough options for reports.

I like how the dispatching and accounting are tied into together. It takes away having to do multiple steps and saves me time and time is money.

We have been with SW21 for 19 years and have been extremely pleased with the software performance and capabilities.

Overall i like this plateform because is best reminder and CRM software.

The Customization of the software is quite extensive. Has an honest to goodness workflow that is concise and easy to follow.

System seems to freeze up a lot...  annoying when it happens and starting over means losing what you just typed.

It's going great - the ability to send people work orders to complete versus printing them out for them is super efficient.

Development team seems restricted on what they can and cannot do while finalizing the program for users.

I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.

It has been good it has helped us to keep better track of our machines and the work and cost that has been done to them.

Most important thing is customer support and I really like the customer support. Upkeep team is really active.

Me and also team liked this software, our experience is very positive. Very supportive program.

I can use it from my desk or on my app when I'm walking around the property, which makes it convenient. Everyone on the software can view the outstanding projects.

Easy for multi-shift operation and follow ups instead of copying lists and losing track of jobs. Integration and Training were amazing and very helpful.

Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.

It is excellent product for multi facility and has best API integrations opportunities.

Finally a truly simple yet thoughtful and very useful solution to keep track and manage maintenance on our different assets.

The best way to describe it is we operate as a team. Specifically want to recognize the customer support staff who helped me.

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of learning the process from creating work orders to completion of the same.

UpKeep makes quite easy to get a good picture of the asset allocation thanks to the good level of the reports available.

Layout and design is great. The support team is awesome the few times I had to call note: my fault, nothing to do with the program.

Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.

The functionality and practicality are awesome. Its definitely an app that the creators invested a lot of time and thought into.

When typing on a picture the default font is crazy. When someone updates notes - no one gets alerted.
