"Dispatching calendar Joe history and email invoices quickly \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful in explaining the new workflow management for each user and how we can start customizing our roles within in the company."

"With any system there is a learning curve and sometimes I want the system to do it the way we already do things but then again we don't like our results doing it that way."

"TG only tracks GPS for clock-in and out, we would like to track "downtime" between calls for technician accountability.calling the support line used to automatically connect me with a support tech, now I have to submit a ticket and wait to hear back."
