That allowed us to be operational right away (I don't like to read user manuals!). He is still our contact and is fantastic to work with. Sometimes google maps takes you to an address close to where you need to go, so you need to double check address before trying to gain access to the address where the inspection is required. Sometimes when the map is optimized, it takes you back to an area close to where you have already been.
