The user interface is a lot easier. Uploading files and adding clients/team members is significantly better.

Also, the client portal will be helpful. They have been very helpful in trying to help us get the software integrated into our business.

I like how the software is very easy to use. I have not been on the team long, but have been able to quickly catch up because of how simple and effortless it can be to run a project.

Don't really have any dislikes. My only complaint is that I waited too long to do the integration between my software programs.

What I like most about the UDA software is that it Is exceptionally easy to use.

We heard that the customer service was good, and even at this early implementation stage, we have found it to be exceptional.

Customer service is crap. Features break down all the time and they are no help at getting them fixed.

I am setting it up to integrate properly with our Quickbooks software through the Socket function, and I really enjoy how the two connect.

If this warning could pop up every time, I wouldn't need to then re-scroll down to the files I just added and delete duplicates.

We had fraud on our account so our card was blocked and our account suspended. We called our rep and gave her our new card number and she put us back in business.

Take time to figure out what you need, where you are struggling, and where your current set up is failing you. Try to put a dollar value on that.

Will keep using it and see. If i had to choose something it would be the lack of customizability of the job reporting forms.

I like the integration capabilities with Quickbooks, it's very easy to use. I also really enjoy the estimate templates and cost code set up.

My experience is great due to the product and, in part with the amazing customer service, second to none.

This makes the likelihood of proper use by our guys in the field highly unlikely, which could be worse than if we don't use GamePlan at all.
