Pros/Cons

Pros
What I like the most about this software is that it is so user friendly. Love the fact that I can locate a technician at any time.
Easy access, Technical support is amazing ..and the follow -up from the staff is spectacular

Cons
Software is fine but customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
Software is good the service not so much I had to call about getting a new unit about 4 weeks until they finally got back to me

The ability to have service agents create their own claims and have central location for this portion of our business to take place.
It is very easy to use. Global warranty works well for the service agents that use Global edge making it one stop shop.

Cons
It's outdated and not user friendly compared to most other commonly used software.
The streamlining of parts orders to purchase orders. .
