Super Effective AND easy

As I slowly got this running while I was running my one man shop it became very apparent that it was helping on ALL aspects of my Appliance service Co bottom line, sure it is not fun BUT it is VERY effective to control things, I just got a lot under control

PROS

Control of everything from cust contact info , e filing of warrenty claims, wrap sheet on all appliances I work on as well as darta base for all the customers appliances, very handy when a cust call.

CONS

Like all software sometimes I have to do walkarounds or just stop and do data entry....

Great Solution for a Remote Workspace

PROS

They are always adding new features and are very open to customer suggestions. Their product is a great choice for a company with a remote workforce that wants to establish a more personal connection/atmosphere with and among their employees. Comes with standard voice/video and text chat, plus handy features to know when someone is active, idle, or unavailable, etc. Each person can customize their workspace, so it feels a little more personal.

CONS

There are some small features that might improve the user experience, but overall any "wishlist" features or bugs typically seem to be addressed promptly.
