Great software that has really helped our business grow

Great support from them when needed but after the initial setup we rarely have to contact them because everything works great and it is easy to use.

PROS

Very easy to use for the office staff and the engineers in the field.

CONS

Can't think of anything to be honest, it does exactly what we need, the only thing missing was Xero integration but this has now been added.

Reason for choosing OutOnSite

Tradify didn't have all the features we needed such as custom fields and it seemed really basic for the price.

Reasons for switching to OutOnSite

Clik was very old fashioned software and complicated, it was also very expensive.
