Top shine

PROS

Scheduling on the go, everything being on an app easier for my staff. Great record keep

CONS

Not able to get reviews from clients. Which the text notifications would make a sound like when I receive a text from a number. The notifications come in like an email and have to keep checking the phone to see if any came in.

Having it all in an app was a big game changer

PROS

Their customer service is incomparable. I’ve dealt with a lot of companies that once they get their money the customer service immediately lacks. Big shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT], always picks up the phone no matter what and is always friendly and ready to help tackle the few kinks we had to work out

CONS

Don’t have any complaints so far, that’s why I wanted to leave this review because it’s rare to find companies that follow through

Zippity - Anything Buy Zippity For Your Team

The customer service was good, but when things went wrong there is no compensation. The system often allows customers to book when the schedule is closed, tire sizes are not what the customer has, the system loads slowly, payments can only be ran at the end of the day, and you end up doing more work.

PROS

The software allowed customers to book online. Things bottom out from there. Ensuring the information is accurate, unable to process payment at time of service, and a lot of guessing. The software has great intention behind it, but in real world applications, the software leaves much guessing. Often times you will find that you will be doing three times the work than just taking a phone call from the customer.

Reason for choosing Zippity

The customer service was good, but when things went south it was every man for himself.

Reasons for switching to Zippity

Zippity made an offer where the system was all inclusive with the online booking, CRM, tracking, and dispatching. I regretted the switch almost immediately.

Superior Windshield Repair

We have loved our experience with Zippity, I strongly believe Zippity has helped our company grow by eliminating some of the stresses created by company growth.

PROS

We love that the system is user friendly for our team as well as our clients. We love that clients can book themselves and communicate directly through the app.

CONS

We know your company is still growing so I can't really say that there is something we like the least, but somethings that would be helpful to our industry are... -Having a spot for day notes that everyone can easily see -We have mobile and shop hours- We wish we could have split hour blocks at shop and time frames for the road.

We liked that Zippity gave our clients the freedom to reach out and request a quote or schedule themselves.

The software I knew I needed, but didn't know how badly I needed it

While the software itself has been irreplaceable for my business in that past several months, the customer service has also been equally phenomenal! Very helpful, and quick to reply, it's clear that mine and my customer's experience matters to them, and that is invaluable.

PROS

As a sole proprietor and one-man operation, this software has basically given me the "office assistant" I so desperately needed. Especially in the areas of booking appointments and clear communication with the customer. This software has maximized my business is the best way!

CONS

of course the only thing that would top this off is having integrated vehicle specific industry labor times, and also being about handle all my accounting and tax reports from the admin application. But all that would drive up the price of the software significantly I imagine, so don't do that yet. :)

Not impressed

Excited at first because of their great marketing on their website but highly disappointed when we actually started using the software.

PROS

The Carfax feature was ok although it didn't work most of the time.

CONS

On boarding was long and drawn out. Many Skype calls to get everything setup. Getting in touch with customer support sometimes took days. The backend (business side) of the software was difficult to navigate. We basically had to figure it out on our own. There were a lot of pre typed messages that the customer had to read while booking that couldn't be changed. They made no since to our business model. There are better Booking softwares out there.

We thought it would be a better fit for our business model.

Zippity has helped my business grow to the next level.

I've really enjoyed using Zippity. It has helped my business scale. There customer service is amazing! Whenever I need help with anything, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always there to help me out. His patience and attention to detail has been a godsend because I'm not technological at all! There customer service is what separates them from everyone else!

PROS

My favorite thing about this software is that customers can book without me. It has given me more time to put my energy into more important parts of the business.

CONS

I wish you could do more on your phone instead of having to be on the computer.

Couldn’t be without it!

PROS

The ability to have about half of our workload come in through online bookings, allowing us more freedom to grow the business. Software also clusters our appointments into a 20min driving radius so we are maximizing our productivity.

CONS

Software can be just a tad bit slow at times. Other than that, flawless!

Game changer

I like that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and others at Zippity have taken the time to really understand my business and have seemingly tailored the system for me. A great company.

PROS

This has made scheduling appointments, which used to be my least favorite part of the business, into a “hands off” system. Over 75% of my work flows through the Zippity system.

CONS

Sometimes it’s slow to refresh but otherwise bug free and reliable

Overall I am very happy with Zippity, it has made my life a lot easier especially considering I used to use my notes app to keep track of appointments.

PROS

My favorite thing is how organized my client information and appointments are.

CONS

The thing I least like about Zippity is the admin website not being very user friendly on mobile but I know they’re working on fixing that!

GQ Is Zippin Thanks To Zippity

I’m solving problems by booking more recurring clients and just being more professional. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is the Best‼️‼️ He’s held my hand and helped with everything possibly I could’ve came up with. Thank you so much for helping my business grow and get more organized.

PROS

The ease and organization for my clients. The way they are able to book. The upsell feature. The on my way button the service started button and so much more.

CONS

It’s tends to blank out every now and then. Other than that I have no complaints. The fact you can’t change prices once they have been completed.
