Highly secure document collaboration and approvals tool that is simple to use and administer
Excellent - a well thought out package of secure and easy to use collaboration tools that can flexibly model your security processes while fitting in with your client's processes
PROSTicks all the boxes for sharing classified or sensitive documents with my security conscious clients - E2E encryption, data sovereignty provisions Easy to use / manage - Cloud based, Web based (no plugins), transparent encryption key management Integrated video conference, chat, email with same secure E2E encryption is a real bonus.
CONSIt does what I was looking for and more. The only problem larger companies might find is that the capabilities may overlap with others you aleady have - e.g., video conferencing, chat - you will need to decide when/how you will use these capabilies.

DekkoPro: An essential secure application for any business.
The multiple tools in one application are a feature not offered by other solutions.
PROSNo expertise is needed in the installation process. Updates are automatic. Your collaborative partner has to abide by your security protocols. Spam cannot get through.
CONSThe tradeoff is security or features. Other applications are sometimes easier to use, but they cannot guarantee security.

Bullet proof security at a budget price
The products we explored with similar security levels were costly and complex. Dekko was very competitively priced, and so easy to implement. A no brainer!
PROSTop notch security but still easy to use.
CONSCan't think of anything right now, it just works. End of story move on.

Dekko ticks all the boxes
Find it very simple and easy to share large files and sign documents. Love that there is no limit on file size or type. Encryption is super important for us as we're a payment company and dealing with highly confidential info

Excellent, highly secure, easy to use product
The product was very easy to use and highly secure. There isn't anything to download and has a proven track record as evidenced by use by Government authorities.
CONSI have not experienced any negative features when using the product.
