Pros
- Among all others, dropbox is best known for its user interface and organization of files and folders which is very impressive. Its quite to easy to access and use with user-friendly interface.
- I am so pleased to use this trust worthy application that has good security policy about the data storage and I always have the idea which of the system is having access to the files.
- Dropbox is affordable, secure, backs up your files, and is easy to use with a team. I believe that the user interface is also quite pleasant.
Cons
- I was a team of one in the beginning and i still had to pay a ridiculous $75/month just to use it for myself.
- Horrible, I switched over to Google Drive because of it. It is so incredibly hard to navigate and I think I lost a few files before.
- We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.
Pros
- The ability to transfer tax information in a secure environment is priceless; add in the ability to capture IRS approved digital signatures - it's a winner.
- I love the feeling that clients information are secured. They feel the same also.
- They have great customer service when I needed it. The costs are very affordable.
Cons
- If I send a document that needs to be corrected or is in error, I have no access to their account to delete it or do any housekeeping.
- After that experience, I moved my entire company over to Encyro and dumped the other 2 programs I was using that gave me less functionality then Encyro along.
- I really struggle to come up with anything I don't like about the system.
