Pros
- Among all others, dropbox is best known for its user interface and organization of files and folders which is very impressive. Its quite to easy to access and use with user-friendly interface.
- I am so pleased to use this trust worthy application that has good security policy about the data storage and I always have the idea which of the system is having access to the files.
- Dropbox is affordable, secure, backs up your files, and is easy to use with a team. I believe that the user interface is also quite pleasant.
Cons
- I was a team of one in the beginning and i still had to pay a ridiculous $75/month just to use it for myself.
- Horrible, I switched over to Google Drive because of it. It is so incredibly hard to navigate and I think I lost a few files before.
- We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.
Pros
- It offers so many amazing features that you can more or less customize for a variety of uses. It's easy, it's flexible, and the support folks are just awesome.
- After-sales service is outstanding. The team at Glasscubes really care about customer input and actually implement requests/suggestions.
- Glasscubes was really easy to set up, the demonstration was informative and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall it has been a very good experience.
Cons
- User interface is slightly awkward to navigate to files. Alerts for updates can be sent to all users which can be annoying if not relevant to you.
- Sometimes difficult to find certain things if the person uploading the document stored it in the wrong place.
- Image on news/update section distorts as the same image is used for two different sizes.
