Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that this software is easy to use ! best features includes it's ability to merge with smart phone, tablets and laptops. This means I can upload anything from my most used devices.
- I am so pleased to use this trust worthy application that has good security policy about the data storage and I always have the idea which of the system is having access to the files.
- I mostly like the ease of collaboration and file sharing with this tool. It offers a lot of storage space for all of the files I have and the integration with other tools is great.
Cons
- I was a team of one in the beginning and i still had to pay a ridiculous $75/month just to use it for myself.
- We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.
- It is not smoothly for 2 or more people to work on the same file at the same time because it may generate conflicts and we can't trace for what conflict that is going on.
Pros
- Its been fine, its ease of use is nice, and many of the features and tools are handy has well. Its a decent to tool to communciate with those in your whole company.
- Fun and easy for the whole office, user friendly and enjoyable. It's kind of like the Facebook for the office.
- The Jostle team is very responsive, and dedicated to providing great customer service and support. The 400+ employees at our organization have varying degrees of technical savviness.
Cons
- Inability to link to other items within jostle.
- The only downside I can point is the erratic crashes on the phone app, albeit annoying not a deal breaker.
- Through the website on my phone, I can’t even post updates half of the time. Pictures don’t want to update, the news feed gets stuck.
