Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's very easy to use and the customer service is great

  • This suite does more than I could ever use for my business needs and at an excellent price. Everything works seamlessly and is easy to use.

  • Cons

  • The functionality is fine and works well... but the user interface is a little bloated and some of the menus are not very intuitive.

  • Everything is good, just do not like the spelling editing part as bold whose keyboard use is not the same as using windows

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, great support. Like that I am able to buy the components that I need when I need them.

  • Fantastic software that has saved countless hours for scheduled jobs and transfers. Awesome support and easy upgrade path

  • Cons

  • Knowledge base was sometimes difficult to search for specific examples of code, but live support was really good

  • Not really a con, but would like to see more robust examples of different tasks. Other than that, this product is top notch.
