The ability to connect to different types of systems, the project designer interface is very easy to learn and use, very short learning curve but with a great deal of functionality.

We were able to centralize all MFT scripts. Encryption/Decryption works excellent, job monitoring and Job Scheduling is easy.

Occasionally the software will lock a file when a job fails, and the only way to unlock seems to be a service restart.

That I can send secure communications as well as access my network folders. That it integrates with Active Directory.

The built in help features are extensive and easy to navigate. When we needed additional help their customer support services were quick to respond and quickly answered our questions.

When selecting resources, I hate how the entire page must load before I can click on a resource. If I click on one before the entire page loads, then I get an error and have to start all over.

It’s an extremely easy to use file transfer platform. For most people the free account will function for their purposes, and the rates for a higher level of storage are reasonable.

It is the biggest pain to get and find. They fact that i have to go hunt it down is insane in a world where it should just be emailed to me.

It is great to have all assets stored in one location and to be able to generate links from that location.

I like the solid reliability of the Hightail service. I also like the option of requesting delivery receipt.

Overall Hightail has been great for keeping the team on the same page, however it costs too much to use long term at this time.

Over all pretty good file sharing software. Use it for at least one client.

Unless you pay for the upgrade, the files are deleted after a week or so, which has caused problems when the files aren't download right away.

Handling collaborations for heavier media files, especially when developing it along with free-lancers or remotely located teams, has been a troubling issue for companies.

Hightail has some really awesome customer service. Other than that, I feel there are other cloud storage and file sharing applications that are more superior.

I've been using Hightail since day 1. I am very pleased with the quality and the ease of sending documents to customers that are too large to email.

I do a lot of paid recordings and the files are often quite large. I found this to be great in sharing files.

Lack of communication, we didn't get any statements/ invoices.

Overall experience with Hightail has been great. They are quick to assist with issues and overall have a great product.
