Erweiterungen können schnell selbständig über das Self-Service-Portal dazu gebucht werden. Schnittstellen zu Outlook ermöglichen einen bequemen und unkomplizierten Austausch von Dateien.

Nach einem ersten Einstieg, bei dem mir zunächst auch die Hotline behilflich war, konnte ich die notwendigen Features schnell und unkompliziert nutzen. Den DataRoom selbst habe ich noch nicht getestet, da für unsere Anforderungen die Privacy Box genügt.

Cons:

Die Struktur sollte überdacht und überarbeitet werden. Insbesondere habe ich ewig gesucht, um die Monatsrechnungen zu finden und runterzuladen. Diese könnten vielleicht auch direkt an die monatliche E-Mail als PDF gehängt werden. Mit den bunten Etiketten weiß ich nichts anzufangen.

idgard bietet eine gesetzeskonforme Übertragung von personenbezogenen Daten. Gerade in meinem Amt ist es wichtig diese zu schützen und gesetzeskonform zu übertragen. Hierbei stehen wir mit anderen Behörden aber auch Privatpersonen in Kontakt.

Cons:

Eine kleine Verbesserung könnte die Buchhaltung bekommen. Aktuell findet man diese nicht auf anhieb und kann hier Rechnungen übersehen. Hier könne man vielleicht einen extra Button für Rechnungen erschaffen.
