easy to implement this product for our healthcare initiative with the government of Ontario. Amazing customer service - always responsive, available, and approachable. Very helpful.

PROS

Customer Service, Ease of use, Simple to implement. Excellent Support.

CONS

would like single sign on with O365 so users don't have to share a common account. they seem to keep locking the account when 100s of users are using the shared account. integrating with O365 would take care of this limitation.

How quickly it will time you out, if you stop to take a phone call you will likely be timed out.

Cost Savings

Very helpful in setting up and easy.

PROS

Eliminated landline fax machine/toner and all staff are able to access with ease from desktop

CONS

None. We skipped the free trial period and went right to purchasing monthly.
