I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.

I liked it because it has this great feature of integration with other software like google drive.

Love that it's user friendly and was very easy to set up. It is real easy to communicate with other team members.

Slack is refined, clean, and very user friendly. It integrates with many other tools in our stack and always offers a great experience.

The different channels help to keep conversations organized. The fun features make this instant messaging fun and add flair.

When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.

Overall, I'd say that once a company is used to the mechanisms and abilities of slack, it has the potential to do a lot of good. Once comfortable with it, it is quite efficient and enjoyable.

The best thing about Slack is the ease of use and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively across multiple teams/projects.

I love the feature that allows you to pin links to the header of a channel making it easy for others to access certain documents. In addition,  The Slackbot is a great help tool.

It's really useful, practical and easy to use. Great way to communicate and even fun because you can add your own emogi and use giphy.

The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.

The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

What is nice about slack is that you can have multiple channels based on what the communities interests are and that tagging people in messaging is really helpful.

Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.

From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.

Super light and easy to use interface. Integration services with Google apps (Calendar, Sheets, etc) are excellent and seamlessly integrated into the conversations.

I love the look and how it is comfortable in the eyes. Functional in all aspects especially the integration with other apps that we use like Time Doctor and Asana.

You can easily confuse groups your in and comment something to the wrong team ( I've done it on many occasions) and confused the heck out of some coworkers.

Overall I like the service, would like better/more automation tools.

Easy to use and to set up. Does exactly what we needed without the pains of an FTP site.

Our customers and prospect appreciate the secure FTP capability. We have found the system very easy to administer, and the tech support has been very responsive.

I only used this program for its free trial, but I liked how the interface was built and the fact that you can have permissions and thus, can avoid having leaking information issues.

The business problem that SmartFile solves is allowing lots of file storage which I use for daily backups of mission critical files.

This is a great out of the box solution. It was fairly easy to set up.

Uploading files via FTP or larger than 500MB takes days to weeks to upload due to constant server errors and disconnects.

We used the software to help us work with a customer in pinch during COVID-19. Easy to use and cost effective and was able to get it setup within hours.

It's been a positive experience. We moved from our own self-hosted SFTP server over to SmartFile.
