There were not a lot of reviews available to determine how well Smash has worked for others. Hopefully, my review here will encourage more people to try them out and see for themselves what a fantastic product it is. My experience being in the U.S. and communicating with a support team in France has been better than the majority of tech companies I work with within the states. You will be working directly with people at Smash who are part of a small team who seem to care about the quality of the service they provide. You can use it for free with a few limitations, so why not try it out?

For anyone working with larger file sizes, the single most important part of getting files from your network to someone else is how much time will it take. Smash is crazy fast, maxing out the bandwidth of our internet connection. Smash servers run on AWS and are set up in a regional zone close to you for your account, so the speed is consistent. Another important factor for administrators in picking a file transfer system is the interface. The Smash web interface is simple and users without any instruction can figure out how to use it on their own. You can customize the interface and brand it for your business. We are an ad agency, so branding is important. There is a desktop app and mobile apps for iOS and Android that function very well.

The only request I would make of Smash is for an additional feature to the desktop application. It would be helpful to have the ability to give the transfer link created in the desktop app a title.

L'interface, on clique sur la page directement pour aller chercher ses fichiers, comment faire plus simple ?! Et le partenariat avec Adobe, en tant que graphiste, je ne peux qu'approuver. Et je soutiens une boîte française !

Smash est l'un des meilleurs outils pour transférer des gros fichiers sur le web. Toutes ses fonctionnalités sont juste meilleures, surtout qu'il n'y a pas de limite maximum de transfert. J'adore également le fait qu'on n'a pas besoin de créer un compte pour l'utiliser. En plus je peux modifier le lien de transfert comme bon me semble (cela facilite surtout la réception).

L'interface de la version web devrait être revu car c'est un peu difficile à manipuler pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.
