The disk quota you get while using Zoho One is unbeatable. 5TB for 35$ it's a no brainer.

The UI could be a little faster, but it's not a big deal

We are using it has part of another suite we subscribed to and it allows a seamless interaction with our favourite tools and software. It is also useful for sharing documents or files when on support calls.

The cloud storage has a very large capacity so that you can easily store a lot of files, there are very good team working features and everything seamlessly works will the rest of the Zoho suite of tools and software.

It starts at 3 users for billing which negates micro businesses and self employed from using as they have to pay for items they are not using. It should start with 1 licence as you might not want the team side of things just quality storage.

With Zoho Workdrive we significantly improved the results of business processes, Zoho Work drive facilitated the collaborative editing of files and documents; in addition Zoho workdrive gives us total security and confidence to store, share and edit our information, it provided us with secure mobility to continue collaborating with our work team without having to worry about where we are.

Zoho Workdrive offers us an excellent workspace in the cloud where we can create, store, share, edit and access files and documents, I like the user interface it offers as it is robust and intuitive and looks great; Zoho Workdrive allows us to keep all the information in order, which likewise allows us to easily find what we are looking for, we can also navigate it without problems or limitations, Zoho Workdrive is secure and protects our information, it is not the exception within the Zoho ecosystem, I like its almost seamless integration with other Zoho tools that facilitate our work, as is the case of Zoho Sheet, Zoho Writer, Zoho Show among others; Zoho Workdrive also favors and allows team collaboration, last but not least Zoho Workdrive allows us to easily access information in real time at any time, place and device which is very convenient for us.

As for the operation I have no complaints or dislike with Zoho workdrive as it works very well, its functions and features are great; but as for customer service if I think it should improve in many respects, for example they are not punctual and take too long to respond and solve the requests that are raised to them.

Very disappointing. Zoho Workdrive created problems for our business instead on being a simple storage facility. Would never use again or recommend.

It was fairly quick to use the app when out in the field to check docs.

It deleted my main folder and couldn't recover the information - months of work down the drain. Tried to call the number (no answer multiple time, left VM's to call me back - no call back received), emailed Zoho as per the instructions on their voice recording - received bounce-backs from the email despite checking spelling etc multiple times. ZERO support received. Also, setting up other team members is near impossible - we had to engage third party IT help with this in the end and even they couldn't set up everyone on the system - one director was unable to log in in the several months we were with Zoho - there was no fix.

Zoho WorkDrive is a robust online document management solution with a lot of features at a price way lower than competitors. The fact that it can also be purchased as part of other Zoho products such as Zoho Meeting, Cliq, Mail etc adds great value of money. Managing teams is also very efficient in Zoho WorkDrive due to the fact that the admin can easily invite or dismiss a user from accessing field stored in a given folder. The customer service is great added to the fact that one can try the full product with premium features before they can purchase- trials for up to 90 days are available.

Zoho WorkDrive has a ton of innovative features not matched by its key competitors. The external share feature is one such feature that my team find to be very useful because it helps to easily communicate and engage with clients. The request user details feature is also a gem because it enables us to track who has access to our content. This gives us some intelligence about how popular our content is and is a source of potential clients that we can target during marketing campaigns, in addition to ensuring the security of our documents. Furthermore, the TrueSync is a powerful feature because it makes syncing documents between offline and online quite easy.

Sometimes videos uploaded on Zoho WorkDrive refuse to play if a given video file is renamed within the drive. Also, some very common file types are not supported by Zoho WorkDrive. For instance, Microsoft One Note files/ documents cannot be opened or previewed directly within Zoho WorkDrive.
