"It’s provided strong financial visibility, streamlined processes through automation, and scaled effectively as needs have grown. While there is some upfront learning and configuration, the long-term value in efficiency, accuracy, and reporting has made it a highly effective solution."

"It does the job, but it seems pretty behind its peers (Dynamics, Acumatica, even QuickBooks) with regards to UX/UI — the way the entities are structured and screens don’t let you easily search, etc. "
