  • The software gives comprehensive details about the checks on individuals and entities. The software is easy to use and has all features in one place without wandering around.
  • There are pros and cons to automated, comprehensive, fully-integrated systems.
  • Cons

  • It is also unclear whether Tock Seng should be input as the First name (based on the fact that it is a given name), or as the Middle and Last name (based on order).
  • There appear to be some problems with staying logged in to the dashboard on some browsers/mobile devices. Also some of the PEP information might be outdated.

  • It is easy to use and understand, and if they flag an order as fraudulent when you do not believe that it is, they allow you to appeal the verification.
  • Signifyd's model works great for us; it provides an incredible amount of easy to understand and easy to access information that's directly relevant.

  • However, our audience is mostly retirees, and trying to tell them that their order was flagged as fraudulent can be... difficult.
  • It can be somewhat difficult to get them to approve a transaction that they have flagged as fraudulent.
