Duplicate payments and duplicate invoices if keyed incorrectly. We manage our Master Vendor File regularly to remove duplication and also to monitor changes. We also use the Statement Rec module which saves a lot of time from manually reconciling supplier statements. I would highly recommend the statement reconciliation. The Reporting tools provides us with KPI reports not only on the usage performance but also actionable insights to where errors occur so we can improve processes in our systems and operations. #### Cons I have no dislikes of the system, but we would like the ability for more tool tips on the user interface. #### Vendor response Thank you Sammy for your wonderful review. To address this issue, we employ advanced forensics, algorithms and AI continuously, enabling the software to assimilate all variables and thereby reduce the need for a high number of individual dismissals while ensuring no risks are overlooked. We have taken on board our clients' feedback. Consequently, we are developing an updated solution that will obviate the need for mass dismissals as we believe that this is only needed because AI/ML is insufficient to not show unwanted items (false positives).
