I was looking to get protection for a website - and for the particular website in question, Cloudflare wasn't available, so I stumbled across Cloudbric. Really great alternative.

The protection can handle pretty much every malware and hack attempt. There are extensive features and settings to tweak the WAF according to your own requirements.

Customer support was amazing and made my transition to Cloudbric very smooth.

Easy to use and navigate through, helped me achieve many of my business goals.

I am also very excited about the new Vision AI feature to classify threat. That means I can be reassure my website is safe.

I contacted Cloudbric and they blamed my servers. I contacted my servers and they said that my website isn’t pointing to their servers anymore and that it was all Cloudbric.

I like how this software works, the ability to use it for the back end to websites like joomla and wordpress. The way it stores data is amazing.

It is very strong on data integrity with rich features of the transactional database to enforce full data integrity.

There is no way to stop a query in the Admin tool. Instead, you have to kill the MySQL process to stop the query.

It's a great tool to build SQL databases on and especially their WorkBench platform, which does a fantastic job of simplifying the process.

MYSQL is already integrated with Cpanel and other utilities like it, there's no real alternative and its pretty good.

SQL Error messages do not show exactly where an error occurred in a given statement which can be confusing.

Some errors thrown by the server are very unclear and it's difficult to debug the SQL query.

MySQL is excellent relational-database system, it is feature rich and has great community support. It can be relied on from the smallest to the largest projects.

Syntax took some learning, syntax errors sometimes unclear as to what the error actually is.

During the backup process, the database is blocked. Can’t stop the running query, have to kill the process.

It is most popular RDBMS and provides a great stability and performance. It has  many Database engines which provide great feature for different types of databases.

The best is that's an open source, reliable, cost-effective, and easy to manage.

It has the best community. We resolved our all issues very easily.

The software is easy to use and quite intuitive, even for new users. Saving query-snippets for future use is super helpful, saving you time from writing commonly-used queries from scratch each time.

What I really like about MySQL is that the performance is great, also it is very popular and many companies use it.

I like the rock solid reliability that mysql offers. I also like that it has quick start capability, high availability and on-demand scalability.

Easy to use with tech stacks like LAMP. It is easy to interact with and it allows seamless importing/exporting of SQL Databases.

It is free for non-commercial use and the community development for MySQL has been great. Any questions and doubts will already be solved on stackoverflow.

You don't have any type of support, which may be bad if your intention is to use it in a critical application.

Ease of use, regular scheduled backups, great customer support. In addition, it is secure and is the standard for relational databases.
