You can do everything through a web interface and licensing and backup are a breeze when you take advantage of mysonicwall.com. We use the sonicwall applicate in a small office and for the price and features we are quite happy with it. Firmware updates have not been an issue for us and keeping things up to date is pretty straight forward. #### Cons While the VPN options are plentiful we have had some issues with sonicwall keeping the connections up in some cases.
