Cons: Transferring from one gym portal site to another is long winded and tedious. Bounce rate required within system for leavers. An excel data file would make filtering easier and would allow for financial manipulation to take place. Cons: System relies solely on the internet for access control in the clubs, if the internet drops out, so does the system and the drop outs tend to occasionally happen overnight when we are unstaffed. No question or request is too big for her, she replies to queries promptly and checks in regularly.
