Cons: Change is difficult for all business. Ball Button assisted us throughout this process. Due to regional differences (East Coast vs West Coast) we have different names for certain activities. It was challenging to understand and label our activities with the labels in BB. All was learned and corrected in a short period of time. I do wish that some of the design elements would be geared towards other racket sports as well since it is mainly focused on tennis.
