I like that through the application you can create an Exercise Plan, associated with a Diet Plan and in turn you can follow up on the exercise routine, being able to define it as an integral application of exercises. Cons: I would like to be able to download my own training videos to know if I am doing them well, which would motivate me more to continue with the exercise routine.
