Pros
- Honestly, Fliip greatest strength is listening to us, their customers. I don't feel like a number and I have the impression that they are doing everything to help us as much as possible.
- I feel like the owners of fliip are reading my mind and made the best management software for me. The software is easy to use for me, my employees and my customers.
- The response time is immediate and I always have someone from the Fliip team who is ready to help me. Also, Fliip keeps evolving and seems like every new option is a big help for my business.
Cons
- The only thing missing would be the option to pay staff based on commission.
- Annoying to setup new clients sometimes as you need a lot of mandatory information.
- I am rather certain my issues with FLiiP are from my own ignorance. And, the class menu that appears when you hover over a class is large and usually in the way.
