I like that there are different ways to get help with an issue - email, live chat and phone and they answer fairly quickly. Also, the ability to add an idea which gets voted on by other uses and then is implemented to the system is great! I also like that I have the ability to limit access to certain users. #### Cons There is very little I don't like about Jackrabbit. I think the transaction tab can be tricky. I wish you could edit kids' enrollment dates, etc., without having to drop them and start over.
