Cons: There are too many things to mention, the lack of explanation when this had gone wrong, the blame being passed to members when over 100 of them have had problems making purchases through the app which is clearly an issue with the sign up process. the app is slow and clunky, regularly buffers or doesn't load at all leaving a blank screen. multiple mistakes in taking payments effecting over 10% of our members, and then doing as little as possible to rectify this with the members. told at the start the app would do things it either does or that isn't in place yet and 2 years later still waiting for. The list goes on. Reasons for choosing Resamania because the transition was easier, due to the fact it was a sister company. where the other companies the migration would have been more challenging.
