  • Pros

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this software. I used another very un-user friendly before finding Studio Director and I couldn't be more thankful.
  • I also love that your customer service takes feedback and requests from me and other studios and is continually improving to better serve our needs.
  • Their customer service is some of the best I, personally, have ever received (Pam is awesome!). They respond quickly to any questions we have and their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
  • Cons

  • It is too expensive especially when charged extra by the Studio Director.
  • Inability to apply SPLIT payments with Autopay feature. Inability to select ACTIVE, INACTIVE, or PROSPECT for each family/student (which results in paying for inactive students).
  • The only worry with that would be missing someone, and it creates extra work- which was what we were trying to avoid in using TSD.

  • This program is so easy to use, it has all the correct reports. The Customer Service is outstanding & very supportive.
  • In this regard it has been very successful, and the Zenoti team were brilliant at importing and merging all our services and products.
  • A very good software to use and great customer service. I would definitely recommend it to other related business to use it.

  • There are many but most importantly is there's no integration of all centers, no feature that can exclude selected Custom Payment such as NO Payment from collection report etc.
  • The software was always crashing which was highly frustrating. Additionally, it was not user-friendly and was difficult to navigate.
  • Then 450 a month and I still have nothing working to show for it. The worst customer service I ever dealt with.
