When I bring an issue to them, they don’t dismiss it, offer a flimsy workaround, or say “that’s just how it is.” They listen, take responsibility where appropriate, and genuinely explore whether the software itself can be improved—for the benefit of all users. Their response time is fast, communication is thorough, and they always follow up to make sure an issue is fully resolved before closing a ticket. Most importantly, they never imply that the problem—or my frustration—is my fault. #### Cons As with any evolving software, updates (to Wodify, browsers, or operating systems) can occasionally cause hiccups. This sometimes requires clearing caches, refreshing, or updating systems. I’ve learned to schedule this as a regular maintenance task. Quick to reply or to hop on a call. Weekends I get assistance, too. Everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable and also very personable. 2. The product combines so many features into one. I had been using two different systems and implementing Wodify in our gym has made management much easier. A game changer! 3. Ethics/morals...when I started my research on gym platforms I met with several different reps from companies. Others would put the other companies down and try to convince me they were the best. I have recently seen on social media other companies putting down other gym management systems. I did not experience this from the sales team at Wodify and have never seen them degrade other companies software. It was a major upgrade from the system that we were using prior to this one. Also modernizing the platform. It's nice to see investment and organization. And they've still maintained base level function (member management, performance tracking, etc.). #### Cons Integrations aren't always the greatest. The team puts out a lot of fixes and new function, and afterwards, integrations sometimes break or don't function the way they used to. Examples - Custom Reports and Zapier/Mailchimp.
