When I bring an issue to them, they don’t dismiss it, offer a flimsy workaround, or say “that’s just how it is.” They listen, take responsibility where appropriate, and genuinely explore whether the software itself can be improved—for the benefit of all users. Their response time is fast, communication is thorough, and they always follow up to make sure an issue is fully resolved before closing a ticket. Most importantly, they never imply that the problem—or my frustration—is my fault. #### Cons As with any evolving software, updates (to Wodify, browsers, or operating systems) can occasionally cause hiccups. This sometimes requires clearing caches, refreshing, or updating systems. I’ve learned to schedule this as a regular maintenance task. We have been a customer since 2013 and have grown together. On the admin side the report options have improved with customization. #### Cons The client experience when signing up a dependent/kids for our kids or teens program. It seems to be the only occurrence where half the time we get confusion from the parents and miss information on how to use or manage the app for the dependent. Features were not organized well at all. It was not an intuitive product. Features were not where a person may think they would be. Reports were very hard to come by.
