ArcFleet is a fleet management software solution designed for small to midsize fleets. The system is offered with either cloud-based or on-premise deployment. Key features include sales management, drivers, equipment management, dispatch, billing and accounting.

In ArcFleet, users can track different stages of their businesses, such as initial lead tracking, creating load orders, trip reports and driver settlements. This solution also integrates with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, Sage 50 and ACCPAC.

ArcFleet allows users to calculate commissions for sales staff. It also includes driver profiles and can track when drivers need to renew their licenses or have physicals.

ArcFleet includes inventory and maintenance tracking and scheduling. Its dispatching module can schedule multiple pick-ups and drop-offs including city, line-haul and remote picks and drops.

ArcFleet is priced either on a per user per month or perpetual license basis. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.

    Simplified way of managing truck dispatching

    If you are a truck dispatching personnel, this is your one-stop portal to manage all schedules, trips, Loads, Drivers, etc. The system is flexible, easy to use and allow multiple user to use at the same time. Sharing of information is very important.

    Cons

    Since the system supports multiple user access, setting up user level is important to manage critical and confidential information from unauthorized user.

    Ease of use, always get a live person when calling, quick response time with customization requests, web tracking & ArcAlert e-mail notifications to clients provides a professional image and great value added service
