The ease of use and accessibility to the people to get things done. A good piece of software for someone looking to upgrade from the traditional spreadsheet management.

What we liked most about autosist is its ease of use. We needed a more sophisticated system fo maintenance tracking  and this software fulfills all of our needs.

Probably my only dislike is, I think it’s a little on the expensive side.

The benefits of using this software have been organizing all of our vehicle assets to one place, saving time and money, and tracking our fuel usage and mileage with the mobile portion of the app.

Customer service is top notch, when I had questions they took care of things right away.

The app also logs me out occasionally which is annoying.

Great value for the investment involved. I haven't had the program operational long enough to say much about it.

This software is very user friendly. I love the integration between the application for smartphones and the website.

The goal is excellent, but the product needs some fine tuning.

Integration with Wex and Service Titan was super easy.

The only thing that didn't work well for us in the Autosist app was the inability to have a second inspection tab which linked to the service portion of the software for engine repair.

This software does have a learning curve and can be a bit confusing for employees.

The excellent customer service ensured seamless uploading of our databases. Response to our emails is extremely quick and our requests are handled efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.

There's a delay on the web. Since we don't log Trips, that tab is irrelevant to our company.

Mobile app works great too. Overall a very nice, simple, effective tool to manage our fleet.

They have been great to work with and have helped move forward with our fleet management.

AUTOsist app and online portal are not only extremely easy to use, but the price is far more competitive than any other software we've found to meet our needs, and the service is great too.

Celeste Bermudez has been great at follow-up and she is helping up upgrade all our devices. Much of this has not happened yet so it is hard to rate of ease of use, functionality or overall quality.

The explanation of the product was very clear and concise, my product arrived earlier than originally promised and tech support was wonderful in helping me set it up after installation.

Apparently it had water damage that we didn't notice.

I have issues with the website consistently. Whether it's user error, website error, or internet error, I'm unsure.

Her customer service is excellent. We have other fleet vehicles we will be adding and the main reason we are going to call you guys is Lijia@ She is awesome.

I am impressed with GPSTrackit. Had everyone's price beat and the software is pretty simple to use.

If you are not familiar with lingo it could be difficult.

We are happy with the mobile app. I haven't had to contact customer service much but any time I do reach out to them everyone is always super polite and helpful.

They perform system maintenance at 3:00am local time which on the East coast is the start of our day. A bad time to degrade system performance.

Team was great and assisted me in setting up and ordering my equipment and installation.

Product stopped working in all 3 of our company vehicles. They refused to provide replacement product.

If you send an email or leave a voice message about an error or issue it will take about a day or two for someone to reply letting you know they are looking into it.

People problems are usually difficult to repair - your company has NO people problems, hopefully the tracking unit can be easily repaired.

All the people who I have been in contact with at this company have been extremely friendly and helpful. A pleasure to work with.

My favorite features are the easy to use apps. Out old fleet tracking software required a computer.

Recurring reminders can be set up for important tasks by mileage and date with the ability for multiple users to get notifications.
