Cons: As with any new software, the first month of using the app is a learning curve & you need to persevere to appreciate the benefits that it can bring. I no longer have to spend time typing up my notes, or resizing photos from an assessment as I do everything directly into the app so the assessment is finished when I leave the site. The features of Boris have no end and it is fully flexible to suit any business sizes or requirements. I could not possibly pick a favourite feature as there are far too many but I can say that without Boris, my working day would never end it would be a lot more stressful!
