The workflow tool allows the flow of communication and processes to be streamlined between parents, schools and the transportation department, which has reduced our daily call volume by 50% or more. The implementation of this software provides the flexibility to our families to apply for busing, cancel busing or to communicate information to our department at anytime, anyplace has been a game changer. Our Department is tech forward and want those programs that help us work smarter not harder. Bus planner is a software that streamlines your processes. #### Cons It is hard to mention a con of this company/product. If we have a concern/want, we call GeoRef and ask for any tools that may be helpful and normally the tool is included in the next software update. #### Reasons for choosing BusPlanner 1.
