The weekly report I get is alittle hard to read. The time from when they left a job to when they get to the next job is a little hard to understand.

Great easy of use very economical and there is always someone to talk to. Will expand our fleet with them.

They perform system maintenance at 3:00am local time which on the East coast is the start of our day. A bad time to degrade system performance.

If you send an email or leave a voice message about an error or issue it will take about a day or two for someone to reply letting you know they are looking into it.

People problems are usually difficult to repair - your company has NO people problems, hopefully the tracking unit can be easily repaired.
