We started a courier startup in Pakistan & wasted a lot of money developing our own platform and failed. We tried ontime360 & several others, but there were many limitations and we could never mold them as per our own company needs. Later on, we discovered Courier Manager, Trust me it is the best courier solution. We evaluated dozens of platforms but simply love courier manager. Whatever you want in this, it would be already there to support your business logic. TEAM is amazing, its like you own team working for you round the clock, We never feel that we are working in partnership wiht CM team, Infact we feel as if they are our team members. As far as features are concerned, They are unmatched. You simply get MOBILE APPS for Clients, Courier & Manager portal, Admin portal, and make as many users as you can. Secondly, its highly scallable, do one transaction or thousands it works round the cloth and very efficiently. I remember an instance where our CM was stopped working due to our country blocked some services, It was 2:30 AM probably, i contacted the founder of Courier Manager, & trust you me, at this time of night he responded and felt the pain for us. Such a service and support that really counts, whereas in other services you can never expect a service like this. We made several modifications in the software and the developers in CM are capable enough to do the changed effectively. THUMBS UP TO TECH TEAM. Pros:

Easy for clients to use which is essential and the team at Courier Manager have been amazing to deal with.

Cons:

The biggest feature that was missing for us was for clients to be able to prepurchase labels in bulk, however Courier Manager responded to this very quickly and is currently under development. Getting the Integration to work with some platforms is not very smooth again however this is improving continuously.

Because within 24 hours of contact Courier Manager had set up a test account for me to trial and I loved it. I had previously worked with DPD Fastway and DHL and Courier Manager is right up there in terms of software for a fraction of the price

The system we were using though good was preventing our company from growing

Courier manager has everything what you need for doing delivery and it is very well structured.

Cons:

Software has some things which requires improvement, like any software. But the most thing what I don't like is support. I mean replying to emails takes too long or you never even get a response.. I know that we aren't your big client and you guys are too busy, but because of that we were thinking about changing the application provider. I think that you could lose current/future customers if it doesn’t get better.

Reasons for choosing couriermanager

First of all It seemed very good application and acceptable price. We thought we were thinking similarly because we are geographically and mentally close, I mean you will understand our problems and requirements sooner than someone from India or the Arab world.

Courier Manager is the best first & last mile delivery software

Till now its something which is miraculous. We did integrations for third party courier company, SMS api integrations, and integrations with customer's ecommerce websites like Megento, wordpress , opencart and presta shop./

Pros:

It has almost all the feature a courier company might need be it booking shipments on customer web-portal, doing operational tasks on super admin, several tasks done by courier in realtime, tracking and what not. It has everything a small, medium and large size company might need.

Cons:

Just like the customer web-portal which has alot of options for our customers, The customer can also be improved.

It didn't had such features and diverse options. Its inexpensive and has more features than any software since we explored all of them in the market.

We had to spent many hours on unwanted and unnecessary tasks and courier manager has made our life easier and now we focus more on our sales and marketing.

Before using this software (Courier Manager), we use a program designed specifically for our company. After 2 years it did not work anymore, and if we wanted to adapt it to our needs, we had to pay a lot of money. That's why we decided to use new software and chose the Courier Manager program. Now everything works just the right way. This program helped us to make working time more efficient, to reduce wage costs, due to the offered benefits, we have made new clients and all of our clients are satisfied. I recommend this software because it is: - Very easy to use -Technical support promptly and efficiently - Continuous development and adaptation to all legislative requirements - Any improvement request has been resolved in a very short time -soft is developed specifically for you and grows all the time without additional costs -very effective reports to help keep your spending under control - Many seemingly minor facilities that together create the efficiency we need

Cons:

There is not much counter because everything I asked was implemented. Very small improvements with which users will get even better: - Maybe inserting shortcuts from key combinations will make it easy for users to work. -creating the ability to generate multiple shipments by retrieving recipients from a predefined list.

Courier Manger is the perfect software for our business and for any transport business. When we started we tested and tried different software on the market to find the most complete and in the end we chose Courier Manager as a partner given the fact that it is the most complete as functionality and the fact that it can be customized to suit your needs is a great advantage and the staff always kind and willing to help you when you need it at any time. The best thing is the fact that it can be easily integrated with other platforms that we use and this brings us a great benefit and an economic and time gain in the relationship with our customers.

Cons:

The software is definitely done very well and of the highest quality and honestly I don't think there is better on the market I don't have things I don't like, maybe the color of the interface, I prefer green which is the color of our company but this is a personal thing

Very simple to use, software developers are very helpful. Some features which were critical for our use implemented very well. Some features can't be changed, overall very pleasent with the product.

Cons:

Time to time some logs. Some features or things that we may like in our account can't be updated.

Reasons for switching to couriermanager

Because Cargobus system haven't been developed in 10 years, things have changed but not in the system. System worked slow and could not upload excel file.

The big problem solved: we have always an answer for costumer's question: "where is my parcel?". Thanks to CM, we have never lost any parcel and we are in full control of our couriers. This system allows to eliminate additional workforce, for example CM can assign a courier with a specific client. So, you do not need a person to assign manually orders to a courier. No spam e-mails. In case you have a general message for your customers, you can write it in the front of page to whom it may concern. No annoing calls or messages about unpaid invoices: you can send a friendly reminder direct from the system.

Firstly, this system helps us to make difference against competition. This means, it gives you the advantage to have a total control about your: orders, couriers, vehicles, bills and incomes. Second, but not last, the professional attitude of couriermanager.ro team. They always have the correct solution for our enquiries. The prices are very affordable even for a startup.

Cons:

We will be glad, if curiermanager.ro will allow us to personalise the interface of system. We mean: corporate colors.

With Courier Manager we became a big shipment company from day one we use it because we had access to all the tools we needed.

* Easy to use * All the elements for a shipment platform: AWB, pricing, auto arrangement of deliveries by start and ending point, classic A4 awb and A6 label model, billing, easy to organise with cash on delivery money; * Easy to give separate access for all participants in company: clients, couriers, managers, accounting etc * Fast technical support when in need: API implementation, additional developing tools that save time etc;

Cons:

Like all the other softwares, Courier Manager has room for improvements, maybe in the accounting area, but it is good that they are opened to improve the solution.
