reliable and it always works. Saves us a lot of time and money vs the other solutions out there, and we have tried a few. The reports and graphs are really nice to see how we can improve, even if I am out of the office or at home. The US based customer support has been great to get us started quickly.

It is not cheap but still a very nice value. There are some cheap solutions out there but they don't stack up. The features here are really nice. If you want the cheapest solution, I would find something else.

Ease of use and ability to manage as an administrator has really helped our operations.

Sometimes uploads lag, they do catch up and allow for viewing afterwards.

Routes aren’t in the best routes. Should ask for start or end locations and option to add All stops into gps. Also the upload photo button takes way too long to upload.
