DTMS Trucking Software

Degama is an amazing company to work with. They take the time to understand your processess and what it is you would like out of their total trucking software. They can easily design new reports or new imports of your data to merge with existing route data. DTMS goes above and beyond the level of service I have ever received from any other software company.

Pros

DTMS gives us the ability to track all of our Revenue and Expenses per route. We can analyze our bid data against our real time results and see quickly where changes need to be made. The ability to have Lane Reporting, ties our Financial Statements into each route we operate. DTMS is very flexible in its design and can accomodate any changes we would like to see in the future.

Cons

The time to get DTMS to calculate our route cycle times took longer than expected. The interface with Shaw proved to be trickier than originally anticipated. The GL module needs some improvements but overall performance is great.

It has been positive overall.

Timely and more accurate billing.

Pros

Flexibility. Robust. Ability to connect to other software. Willingness to make additions. It is great that they can host the software.

Cons

Slow to complete new items. Poor communication at times on status items. Make promises that they don't meet.
