Once everything was set up, the system made day-to-day planning so much smoother. It was easy to use, super helpful with last-minute changes, and the customer notifications were a big plus. The setup took a bit of time, but the support from the Descartes team was solid and made a real difference. It definitely helped us run things more efficiently. The way it handled last-minute changes was a big win too; being able to tweak routes on the fly without messing everything up saved loads of hassle. And the ETA updates and customer notifications were spot on. They cut down a lot of the “where’s my delivery?” calls. Cons: What I liked least was probably the setup. It took a fair bit of time to get everything up and running the way we wanted.
