Before using the system, we had issues with lost PODs, jobs not being completed properly, and difficulty tracking what drivers were doing. TransporTech helped us improve job visibility, driver accountability, and customer communication. The driver app makes it easier to collect PODs and update jobs in real time, while the office team can manage allocations and accounts more efficiently. It has helped us become more organised and has improved the way we serve our customers.
