I'm able to get my drivers back in a timely manner, the ETA's are very accurate. the pictures have saved us numerous times. #### Cons The only thing that I do not like is that we have 3 branches that aren't in the Elite Extra yet. I can't tell if or when their orders have gone out. I also like the fact that when a customer pays by check, I can switch the order to COD so that I can validate the check. #### Cons Sometimes I'm not able to change an order to COD when needed, which means I have to make adjustments on my deposit form or create a fake order to validate a check. I also like being able to search in different ways like invoice number, PO number, VIN, or customer or business name. The main frustration is having to sign in every day, or not returning to the login screen after getting booted out. It makes things so much easier to locate. Being able to step away from the computer means other work can still get done.
